That’s gonna be an intensive weekend, fully packed with knowledge uploading into your heads and handshakes with some of the best-known software experts in the IT community. But before you start imagining yourself having a great time at our conference on 25 and 26 September, let’s go through some important logistics.
If you have your ticket in hand, please check whether it includes lunch. “Ticket with lunch” / “bilet z lunch” should be clearly stated on your ticket. If it doesn’t mention lunch, you’ll need to cover the cost of lunch yourself. No worries, you can pay by cash or card at the food court.
Have you already registered for your workshop? Every attendee gets one workshop per ticket. To register, go to the Confitura event page on eBilet and use your ticket number during checkout to book the workshop of your choice. Want to attend more than one workshop? There’s still a chance! Just check whether there are any spots available in the workshop room right before the workshop starts and ask our volunteers if you can join. This is not guaranteed, but if there are empty spots, you might just get lucky.
Registration starts at 8:00 on Friday. If you’re running late, no worries. There will be someone at the registration desk throughout the event, and our helpful volunteers will be there to assist you. Please bring your ticket. We prefer the electronic version displayed on your phone, tablet, or laptop. If you really want to print it, you can, but please keep the environment and our eco efforts in mind. Your ticket code will be scanned by our volunteers. This is the fastest option, so if you arrive without your ticket and say, “I can give you my name, just find me in your system,” it might take a little while. At the registration desk, you’ll receive your welcome pack and T-shirt. From there, head to the 4th floor, where the conference takes place: talks, workshops, panels, and coffee breaks.
Our venue is the ADN Conference Centre, Grzybowska 56, entrance B. We’ll try to mark the way with our branding materials and arrows. But if you have trouble finding the signs, look for the fully trained reception staff and, more importantly, a bunch of people in red T-shirts. That’s our volunteer crew!
